229. Rapid Injection Molding

Rapid injection molding provides a quick and economical means of obtaining injection-molded parts for prototyping, initial runs, and low-volume production. Xcentric Mold has perfected this process. Given a 3D CAD model we can generate fully functional parts while setting an industry standard for both speed and low price.

Rapid injection molding facilitates experimentation and performance of functional tests with real parts at low cost. Just a few pieces, or production quantities – both are possible. We at Xcentric provide a lifetime mold guarantee, assuring unlimited part quantity for the life of your project.

If durable – and more costly - steel tooling is needed due to high production volume, rapid injection molding can serve to produce fully functional production parts until the steel tool becomes available. If production volumes are moderate and steel tooling is not cost-effective, rapid injection molding can be the complete solution.
