192. How fast molding lost wax casting?
Lost Foam Mold Casting Rapid Prototyping: three-dimensional printing SLA, laminated object manufacturing LOM, FDM and other financial product molding resin or thermoplastic material generated prototypes are solid casting process can be used directly to produce castings. Would look like coated with a refractory shape and placed in sealed box filled with dry sand, by removing the boxes in the air, so that sand compaction; the molten metal poured through a special sand into the riser system, the burn pattern and to take its place and form metal parts. However, sometimes the burn looked like a small amount of residual ash, so directly affect the part surface quality.
