190. What is aluminum filled epoxy die? How did he make it?

Currently there are a lot of rapid prototyping rapid transition to film, used the rapid transition of aluminum filled epoxy film mode, SLA resin shell formation - the lining of aluminum filled epoxy resin mold, SLA direct sintering of low carbon steel --- copper infiltration mold, the polymer fiber has strong suppression of mold, low melting point metal mold, three dimensional printing --- infiltration mold.

The actual production of the metal mold resin is epoxy and metal powder (iron or aluminum) as filling material, such as filling material with aluminum is aluminum filled epoxy mold.

Production process:
1. Production of sub-plate mold and
2.in the thin layer of mold release agent coated surface,
3. the female die surface and sub-plate placed in the type box
4.type box, close to the mold set at the cooling pipe
5.pre-mixed finely ground aluminum powder, two-component thermosetting epoxy resin, and the exhaust in a vacuum to remove air bubbles
6. in a vacuum, the CAFÉ model material poured in the mold on the outside, and to cure.
7. The master mold was completely cured CAFÉ model upside down, remove sub-plate, in the mold curing CAFÉ negative mode in the previous release agent on the coated, repeat the process.
8.12 hours later, the second part of the CAFÉ model has been completely cured, remove the mold.
9. with the type of heart pins aligned in the cavity in the required position pusher drill holes, install the push plate in the pusher rod, connected cooling pipe, and finally the whole assembly placed in the standard mold.
