259. Processing methods molding plastic products

Plastic molding factory is made from synthetic polymer resin plastic products made from the final process. Processing method (a process commonly known as plastic), including compression molding (compression molding), extrusion (extrusion), injection (injection molding), blow (blow molding), calendar and so on.

Plastic pressure
Also known as compression molding or pressing molding, compression molding is mainly used for phenolic resin, urea resin, unsaturated polyester resins and other thermoset plastic molding.

Extrusion
Extruded, also known as extrusion molding, is the use of extrusion machine (extruder) to heat the resin to pass through the mold, the shape of the products out of the required methods. Injection

Blow
Blow molding or blow molding, also known as hollow. Calendar
