215. Plastic mold design and manufacturing
Name of plastic mold components: fixed mold retaining plate, dynamic model of fixed plates, nozzles, rod, top rod, positioning ring, scheduled to die base plate, the gate sets, set the template, core, dynamic templates, support plate, pad blocks, moving mold base plates, putting fixed plate, push plate, guide pillar, guide bush, guide pillar push plate, push plate guide sleeve, the reset lever, pulling rod, putting wedge tight block, side core pulling the slider angle pin, push the pieces of board, push tube, etc.But depends on the circumstances, not all those who die each component.
Gate design principles:
Gate channel and the cavity is connected parts, injection molding is the last part of the feed system, the basic role is to:
1, the flow comes from melting as quickly as possible into the plastic cavity filled.
2, cavity filled, the gate closed quickly cooled to prevent the cooling of the plastic cavity can not return.
Gate design and plastic parts of the size, shape, mold construction, plastic injection process conditions and performance and other factors. However, according to the fundamental role of the two, the gate cross section is small, the length should be short, because the only way to meet the increasing herd feed speed, rapid cooling closed to facilitate separation of plastic parts and the minimum gate scars and other requirements.
