99. What is vacuum casting?

With the development of the technology, there are appeared a lot of new technology and other things. For example rapid prototyping, plastic molds, etc. So if you observe carefully, they have already walked into our life, and brought us a big change. Now vacuum casting appeared in our life, but many people don't know more about it. So we introduce some things for you.

In the primary place, apart from additive methods, there may be one other kind of rapid prototyping: manufacture of components and small collection in silicone moulds. Indeed, stereolithography masters are used to construct these moulds. Vacuum casting lead instances are a bit longer than with 3D printing know-how however the result is wonderful. Besides, products made in silicone moulds have a top quality akin to the final product, which makes them especially great for fit and performance testing and advertising and marketing purposes. Vacuum casting is a copying technique typically used for the production of small collection of practical plastic prototypes.

Thus it can be seen, the vacuum casting is very important for us. So it will be using better by people.
