37. How do I know you’re not going to steal my idea?

As a matter of course we will mutually sign an Idea Security Agreement. In this it is stated that, in the context of your relationship with Cool Prototyping, you are the exclusive owner of the idea, and that Cool Prototyping is working with you to bring your idea to the marketplace in accordance with the terms of our contractual agreement. We will only discuss your idea with you after the document is signed by both parties or initialed online. We consider confidentiality a top priority when working with clients.
