30. What is your communicate manner and working time?
We communicate the prototype information with customers primarily by e-mail. We handle e-mail 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. All e-mails are processed almost instantly after we receive them, and are answered immediately.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the prototypes' quality is up to the highest standard. If there is anything you would like changed, please kindly write back to us.
