197. The way of Rapid Prototyping

Stereolithography (SLA)
Stereolithography models are exceptionally accurate and can be used in almost any stage of the preproduction process, lightweight castings patterns.

Polyjet
PolyJet printing can combine firm and rubbery materials to create a more realistic product during early design stages. The components are highly detailed and accurate.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
Selective Laser Sintering creates a rapid prototype very similar to the final manufactured product. Since the material is extremely durable, the sintered prototype is capable of undergoing a variety of functionality tests.

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM)
FDM produces a three-dimensional prototype that can incorporate materials used in the manufacturing process. FDM models are perfect when ABS or Polycarbonate models are needed.

Urethane Casting
Urethane Casting is an inexpensive procedure that creates parts with a production quality appearance. Since the various pieces have the ability to match the mechanical structure of the production material, castings can handle most functionality tests.

rapid prototyping
Injection molding is the choice when prototypes are needed for complete functional testing. Conventional injection molding processes using prototype tooling produce parts with production part properties.

Metal Casting
Investment Casting is the preferred method when five or fewer prototypes composed of steel or iron are required. Plaster or Sand Tooling is typically used when five or more metal prototypes are needed. These parts can be used in numerous phases of the design process as well as in final production.

Sheet Metal
With a maximum fabrication period of just five days, this technique is ideal when you're looking for production-ready sheet metal parts in a short amount of time. These components can be utilized in functionality and field tests.
