168. What is a squeeze pull molding?
Extrusion molding is pulling fiber-reinforced thermosetting plastic molding methods. Fixed for the production cross-section shape, length, unlimited profiles. Molding process is a continuous fiber impregnated with resin glue out by the heating mode, and then through the heating chamber and further solidifying the resin prepared with a one-way continuous high strength reinforced plastic profiles.Often used to pull extrusion molding of unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy and silicone three. Unsaturated polyester resins used most. Squeeze pulling machine device is usually arranged fibers, resin tank, pre-forming device, die and heating devices, traction devices and cutting equipment and other components.
