141. What is 3D - scanning basicly used?

Rapid prototyping is used everywhere, so there are services for specialists from various fields. 3D-Scan is a systematic process for determining the coordinates of points belonging to the surfaces of geometrically-complex physical objects with a view to obtain their spatial mathematical models that can then be modified using the CAD-systems.
